by Lawrence a. Colby (Author)

A stolen jet. A hidden enemy. And a mission that was never meant to be uncovered.High above the Pacific, and deep inside China's most restricted airspace, an experimental aircraft is doing the impossible...flying faster than any jet in history, leaving no radar signature behind. The U.S. calls it a myth. Others call it the future. Its codename: Devil Dragon. When encrypted signals and ghost transmissions set off alarms across the intelligence community, the Pentagon activates a mission cloaked in secrecy. Captain Ford Stevens, a decorated Air Force Reserve pilot, is pulled from routine flying duty and ordered to do the unthinkable: cross into foreign airspace, locate the aircraft, and return with proof... without triggering a global war.But nothing about this operation is routine. What begins as a high-risk reconnaissance mission quickly spirals into something far more dangerous, an international conspiracy involving rogue agents, buried tech programs, and political powers who will kill to keep the Devil Dragon airborne.Written by a former combat pilot, The Devil Dragon Pilot blends authentic military aviation with pulse-pounding suspense in a thriller that could only be told by someone who's lived it. If you love high-stakes action, real-world geopolitics, and aircraft that push the boundaries of imagination, this is the mission you've been waiting for.
