Author Biography
James Tobin is the author of several books, including Ernie Pyle's War, which won the National Book Critics Circle Award in biography. He is a professor of journalism at Miami University in Oxford, OH.
Kim Clarke is a senior writer at the University of Michigan Bentley Historical Library. She manages, edits, and contributes to the U-M Heritage Project, an immersive, digital collection of stories about the university's past. Deborah Holdship is the assistant director at Michigan News. She is the editor of Michigan Today, an award-winning online magazine distributed monthly to over a quarter million U-M alumni, faculty, and staff worldwide.
