Author Biography
Ekemini Uwan (MDiv, Westminster Theological Seminary) is a public theologian, international human rights activist, and an NAACP Image Award-nominated author. She cohosts the award-winning podcast Truth's Table and Get in the Word with Truth's Table. Her writing has been published in The Atlantic and The Washington Post.
Yolanda M. Solomon is the Pastor-In-Residence at Mosaic Church Roosevelt Island in New York City. Yolanda has also worked as the Director of Discipleship at Epiphany Church in Brooklyn, New York, and in campus ministry at Columbia University where she served undergraduate students for many years. Yolanda is a disciple of Christ, a Brooklyn native, and a lifelong Knicks fan, which richly fuels her prayer life. She lives in Brooklyn with her family.
