Paul Holland has enjoyed nearly four decades as a train conductor on three American railroads while striving to find humor in all situations. The author also served for over twenty years as the elected secretary of two rail unions. In his capacity as a train conductor, he has been interviewed by 60 Minutes and many news organizations. He was even interviewed on multiple occasions by NASA in regard to train screw-ups and was videotaped for an early MTV music video. He has been featured in many news stories and articles over his memorable career.
