Emily Sohn is a freelance journalist in Minneapolis who writes mostly about science, health, and the environment. Her articles have appeared in National Geographic, the New York Times, Scientific American, and many other publications. She has written many dozens of books for young people and has received helpful feedback on many of them from her favorite readers: her two sons.
