Author Biography
Scott B. Fulmer is a licensed private investigator, published author, popular speaker, and owner of Intermountain P.I., a private investigation firm based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In a career that has spanned almost three decades, Fulmer has worked as an investigator for state and federal government, as well as the private sector. Fulmer grew up in San Antonio, Texas, the oldest of nine children and the only boy. His love of mysteries began at an early age when he discovered the Hardy Boys and Sherlock Holmes in his school library. With an uncle that worked as a private investigator and a grandmother with the local police department, criminal justice was in his blood. After serving a volunteer religious mission for his church, Fulmer joined the U.S. Army. He did so to earn money for a degree in criminal justice to fulfill his goal of becoming a private investigator. He has owned several successful private investigation firms and has worked for some of the biggest names in the industry. Fulmer has a degree in criminal justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is a decorated combat veteran of the Gulf War. He resides somewhere along the Wasatch Front near Salt Lake City with his wife Valerie. He is available for media appearance, book signings, and to speak to your group, seminar or conference.
